Log in to the dealer console and open the WeChat binding page (/merchant/wechat-bind). It shows a QR code and an "Open in WeChat" button; the link lasts 10 minutes, and "Regenerate" issues a fresh one while voiding the old. Scanning drops you into the service chat and binds automatically — nothing to type. After that, send the word "balance" and the bot replies with your prepaid balance and the time it was read (Beijing time); send "human" to reach a person. The page lists every bound WeChat with nickname and bind time, and "Unbind all" resets things if you spot one you don't recognise. Treat the QR code as a one-time key and don't pass screenshots of it around.
