User responsibility & authorization
By using this service, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the submitted game account, or authorization from its owner. Risks and liabilities arising from account ownership disputes or from violating game terms or third-party platform rules are borne by the user.
Account & privacy
To fulfill orders we may need your game account, login method and password; such information is used only as necessary to complete the order and is stored encrypted. We will never ask for your password, verification codes, or private information by email or chat.
Refunds
Orders not yet started may be cancelled and refunded; as digital goods are delivered instantly, completed orders are generally non-refundable. The applicable refund terms are shown at checkout and via support.
