1. No refund once recharge starts
Once an order enters the recharge process, it is non-refundable (digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be reversed).
2. Cancellable before it starts
Before we begin recharging your account, you may request to cancel the order and receive a refund.
3. Lifetime guarantee
We provide a lifetime guarantee on our own fulfillment: for any delivery issue caused by our operation, we will resolve or compensate it no matter how much time has passed.
4. What the guarantee does not cover
The guarantee covers only our own fulfillment, not risk-control / bans / anomalies caused by issues inherent to a third-party account, including but not limited to: (1) logging into the account from an unclean / high-risk IP; (2) the Google / Facebook account used for recharge having been created under an unclean IP and consequently flagged by that platform. Such cases are not our responsibility and fall outside refunds / the guarantee.
