1. Our service
ForeverFriendsGO (operated by 忆梦沃龙) provides Pokémon GO in-game top-up and recharge assistance. We are an independent third-party platform and are not affiliated with Niantic, Nintendo, or The Pokémon Company (see Legal Notice).
2. Account authorization & your responsibility
When ordering, you must have the legal right to use the submitted game account, or explicit authorization from its owner. All risks and liabilities arising from account ownership disputes, or from your violation of game terms or third-party platform rules, are borne by you.
3. Minors
Minors may not order on their own. If an order is necessary, a guardian must complete and sign a Guardian Informed-Consent Form and send it to tony@dreamofdragon.org for review. Once approved, that minor may place one order per calendar month, capped at 15,500 coins per order.
4. Third-party account risk disclaimer
We are responsible only for our own recharge operations. We are not liable for risk-control actions, bans, or anomalies caused by issues inherent to a third-party account, including but not limited to: (1) logging into the account from an unclean / high-risk IP; (2) the Google / Facebook account used for recharge having been created under an unclean IP and consequently flagged by that platform. Such cases fall outside our liability and guarantee.
5. Pricing & payment
Order prices are those shown at checkout, calculated against the price list at that time. Please pay through the official channels we provide.
6. Intellectual property & trademarks
Pokémon, Pokémon GO and related names, logos and images are trademarks of their respective owners; references here are for describing the service and imply no affiliation or endorsement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service; our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order in question.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will post updates on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
