Five-step progress on the tracking page
Customers now see the whole track — ordered, queued, verifying, recharging, done — with what happens next spelled out, and verification handled on the same page. Noticeably fewer “where is my order” messages.
The tracking link now opens with a five-dot rail above the status: Ordered, Queued, Verifying, Recharging, Done — completed steps carry a gold tick, the current one a gold ring, the rest stay grey. Below it sits the current step, what comes next, and a short preview: while queued it explains that verification happens on this same page and may need one tap on the number Google shows, and moves on by itself if nothing is required; during the top-up it asks the player to stay fully logged out. A returned order turns the Verify step amber and states that resubmitting puts it back in line, and a paused order shows a pause icon on Queue. Every tracking link has it, nothing to switch on.
