How do I track my order?
Every order has a private tracking link with live status, notifications, and completion screenshots — no login needed.
Is it safe? Any ban risk?
We follow strict procedures and provide an official password-reset link and unbinding guidance after each order. Please change your password and review unfamiliar logins as prompted.
What information do I need to provide?
Usually your game account, login method (PTC / Google / Facebook) and password. We use it only as needed to fulfill the order, and store it encrypted.
Which payment methods are supported?
Multiple mainstream methods are supported; see the checkout page for details.
Do orders come with receipts and screenshots?
Yes. Each order generates a detailed electronic receipt and complete screenshots to G2G standards, fully transparent and traceable.
Can I get a refund?
Orders not yet started can be cancelled and refunded; completed orders are digital deliveries and generally non-refundable. Contact support for details.
I run a shop — can I buy wholesale?
Yes — dealers get wholesale pricing, a self-serve console and an open API. See “For dealers” in the menu or the developer docs.
