Copy tracking link no longer copies straight away — it opens a checklist first: whether the platform order number shows (offered only on orders where you entered one), whether the customer may change the account and password when an order is sent back, and whether the six completion screenshots are shown. All three start switched on; tick what you want and hit Generate & copy. Your choices are remembered and pre-filled next time, and can still be set order by order. A multi-item order shares one link, so the choices apply to the whole group. Anything switched off is withheld from the data itself, so dev tools will not surface it, and with password changes off the customer is told to contact you instead. Turning screenshots off affects the customer only — your own console always shows them.
