Your orders can now carry a tracking link to hand to the end customer, who follows progress and enters verification codes themselves instead of relaying everything through you. The page stays neutral throughout: no branding, no ordering entry point and never the name of an upstream platform or shop; the queue notice uses generic wording, and falls back to the neutral version even when the origin of an order is missing. Order numbers are protected the same way — one appears only if you entered a platform order number and left that switch on, and our internal number never reaches the customer's side. Worth knowing: verification codes travel only through the tracking link, so the code step stays closed on our side until you generate one. Send the link soon after the order goes in.
