For orders where the login method is Google, the tracking page shows a "Google backup codes" box: the customer adds up to four two-step backup codes, one per field, and our staff then view and copy them one at a time from the order. Codes already submitted are pre-filled the next time the page opens, so the customer can revise them or wipe them by submitting an empty form; the codes are stored encrypted. The box only appears on Google-login orders, and only accepts entries while the order is live — paid, queued, verifying, recharging or awaiting changes — not once it is completed or cancelled. No more reading codes out one by one in chat, and accounts with two-step verification stop stalling at that stage.
