Both switches live on the Team page: open a sub-account's card and you'll find "What this sub-account can see". Turn off "Can see prices" and that member no longer sees unit prices in the catalogue, a cart total, or amounts on order cards and payment dialogs; when your balance falls short they're told it's insufficient, but not by how much. The balance figure itself stays visible and ordering works exactly as before — but the balance history is closed to them, and they can no longer create an API key of their own. If that sub-account has its own email address, amounts are dropped from their completion emails too. Turning off "Can view analytics" removes the dashboard from their menus and shows a no-access notice if they open it directly. Both switches are on by default, so existing sub-accounts are unaffected.
