Main accounts and sub-accounts
Open up to 20 sub-accounts yourself. Each member signs in separately, places their own orders and sees only their own; you see everything, set per-order and periodic caps, and can suspend anyone in one click.
Create a sub-account from the Team page: pick a name (2–16 letters, digits or underscores) and the sign-in name becomes yours, a colon, then theirs. Up to 20 per account. Each sub-account has its own balance and sees only the orders it placed; you see all of them, every order card is tagged with who placed it, and the list can be filtered by account. To let a member spend your money, switch on "Can use the main balance" and set a per-order cap, a quota per N days, and where refunds go when an order is cancelled. Caps are ceilings, not transfers — if your own balance can't cover an order, no amount of quota will push it through. Sub-account prices always match yours and can't be set separately, and when someone leaves you suspend them in one click while their order history stays with you.
