WeChat sign-in
Sign in by WeChat QR on the mainland route. You bind it first from an account you are already signed in to; an unbound WeChat can neither sign in nor create an account. Google sign-in is the overseas equivalent.
The sign-in page now offers WeChat: on a computer it shows a QR code, you scan, and you're in — no password to remember. It has to be linked first: sign in with your username and password, open the WeChat section in your account settings, and scan once. Your WeChat nickname then appears there, and you can unlink at any time. Scanning with an unlinked WeChat only reports that it isn't linked to anything — it never opens a new account by itself and can't reach anyone else's console. One WeChat links to one dealer account; if it's already taken, you're told so. Password sign-in keeps working as before, and Google is the equivalent on the overseas route.
